Pics of Blackouted Taillights?

does anyone have any pics of their G with tinted taillights? is it worth doing it?

Well depends. Do you want the film or paint? I have done the film, but thinking about getting it painted for a "smoother" look. It's up to you really.

i wont do it just because i never want to try and get rear ended from someone who can't see me stop, especially since they're finally putting up all these red light cameras all over the intersections.

it'll be your fault if someone says you have blacked out tails

well cant you get them just not that dark of a tint that you can still see the lights at night?

i had the light gray laminex film on the rear of my G which wasn't bad at night.
but cops are cracking down on that now as bad as tinted windows...

Remember when the clear tailights first came out? Look what happened to APC... they got sued for non compliant tails

so if you put a film over the taillights does it start to wear off and look cheap after awhile or do they hold their look pretty good?

nice! so if you went with film over the lights instead of paint do they offer different percentages like they do for the windows? you obviously can't get percentages for paint right?
