OEM Spolier Gap

Is this a standard gap for an OEM spoiler.

I am getting ready to install a spoiler I got off eBay, which is perfect except it appears it will have the same sort of gap. This picture is an OEM spolier...

The ebay spoiler also involves drilling, which sucks. What about OEM, no drilling correct?

OEM requires drilling as well.
