Wetsanding should fix this right?

Spotted it today
, Spoke to my detailer and he said wetsanding and some other stuff i forgot he said would take care of it, i'd just like to know how the process goes, wetsanding then whats next?
if you wetsand that, i guarantee you will burn through the clearcoat on the sharp edge. just buff it out. if you are not experienced with a buffer, have a professional buff that out. i say 95% of that will come out.
If you have never wetsanded before or at least watched someone, I would not try it. Buff it out first. If you wet sand, you are going to have to buff it anyway so start there.

And i just spotted this one..jesus..this one is kind of thicker will the same process help this one out also, Yesterday i accidentally hit my fence while backing in (at night) so i just spotted it just now.
Looks same as first pic?
Edit: Well I see you changed the second pic. Both sides at same time? That would be a James Bond movie move.
