I have a pair of headlights professionally painted black by Ig0r. I'll be selling them this week. If you want to do something red to them yourself or send them to Ig0r for red accents or red Iron Man, it would solve your problem of not wanting any down time. Then sell your original set afterward to someone else who doesn't want down time.

no if u get teh amber red then its just going to blend wit the housing ... i really thinkg the black amber would look hott wit the shroud painted black ...tehy compliment eachother.

I bought a set, had them painted, and installed them only to find out they were not AFS headlights. So I took my originals and had them done. Just got them back and will be reinstalling them and selling the first set I had done.
