I didnt know where to put this, but I assumed this would be a good place. I recently got some overlays from Andy(bat), and the install wasnt as I expected. The guy installing them did not take his time and rushed the install, therefore screwing up some parts. This thread isnt about that though, I made this thread specifically to thank Andy for his excellent customer service. Since then, he sent me replacements for the messed up overlays, which I know cost a lot. The quality of these overlays is excellent, the material is very easy to work with during install, and its high quality. I just appreciate Andy's great customer service, because he didnt have to do what he did, he simply could have said Im sorry its your fault. So anyone here looking to get overlays, dont think twice and get them from him, you wont regret it.

I know one of my friends with the 325i came to you for his front and rears and he loves them (before the car got smashed up by thugs). When you going to drive that viper to one of our meets and not that "family" car you drove up in when you came out to my install. =) haha jp
