Thanks for the pics!!! Hard to tell from the pics, but does yours angle up since you aren't using the buckles. I will likely put this on if it doesn't angle up when not buckled.

No it doesn't angle up. It points straight forward horizontally. Now if you want it to angle up, I guess you could move it up a bit on the underside of the front bumper and then bolt up. The splitter is designed/cut to match up against the plastic lip pointing straight down under the front bumper. If you look underneath, you'll see what I mean.

I think I'm gonna pick one up... If they can be used without the buckles. I'm gonna PM Kyle to confirm. I can get it painted for next to nothing.

It's not painted. It's just a black plastic or some material.

Check this thread out. Guy has IP and installed the Stillen splitter painted white.

Yup, the splitter comes black but can be painted. I think it almost looks OEM on an OB.

I got the grill from www.billetanything.com. I have the bumper grill on order. They carry several brands. Mine happens to be a T-Rex mesh series with black-powder coating.

3m tape is strong enough to hold the splitter?

He said there were a few screws included as well. The splitter seems small so that should be sufficient.

Exactly. Besides the 3M tape, it also bolts up under the front bumper. If you look on the first page of this thread, I posted a link to the Stillen website. On there, you can open a PDF file with instructions on how to install it.
