looks good. i would keep it cf and get black rims and then get a cf trunk too. drop it and it be the shizzle. also, go with limo tints and a black grill.

Damn, less than perfect, that's why I wrote this in the other thread.

If the fenders are moved even a little, wouldn't that compromise fitment along the doors and A-pillars?

I kinda agree with Gigga on this... Paint your grille a Matte Black, limo tint all the way around, get some matte black or gunmetal finished Asanti 120's, drop it, maybe get Bat's CF Overlays for the top and trunk... Then you'd have the sweetest looking IP to this day... Without having to paint anything or roll any fenders!

I think that if you go CF on this car you need to go all out with other exterior mods. Otherwise it just looks likeit doesn't belong on the car.

That's why you go to a good body shop. Body panel fitment is not just about the single panel, but all of them working in unison. You'll have to play around with the panels to make it fit, otherwise it just looks stuck on.

To the OP: what about some body color paint up the lines in the hood, leaving the center exposed with CF and vents? It has been done a time or twenty on other cars, but might help you out. The reason the black clashes so bad is because it is along the hard lines of your hood. Following the natural hood line of the hood and the angle it takes may take out the harshness you feel it has.

i figured since i have the hood il chime in although im late... i would try to get the vents to fade from CF to white.. it will look insane in the sun light.. also the hood will take some playing around with to get it to fit right.. nothing will be perfect when it comes to CF hoods on the first try... thats just life... on another note.. it looks good

I think it would look real good after painted the way you want it. Just go to a different body shop.

Van 8 Collision, on 9 and half and ryan road.. they are really good, the guy is just worried about my car in the long run. I just talked to him, he said he has to put primer on the hood before the ivory pearl and where he has to fade he is gonna have to put just a lil bit and sand it or w/e.. so anyways we'll see how it turns out tomorrrow :/
