hi guys, I have a 2013 Infiniti g37 journey.

I was looking under my dash/ steering wheel and I noticed a weird black box that is zip tied onto something. It doesn稚 look oem and I知 worried it might be a gps tracker or worse, a device that tracks your speed/acceleration and other stuff that can be used by insurance companies. I know I might be paranoid but I would rather keep my privacy.

does this look suspicious at all?

This is where the device is relative to the steering column.

Does anyone know what this thing might be? I don稚 want to disconnect it and test what might happen because I知 worried it might be something important to the cars functionality.
