We could offer 1,001 potential causes/ fixes but at the end of the day we are flying blind when it comes to these things as every single one is different. Why not just contact these "Nifty City" people and have them troubleshoot?

I suspect the number of forum members who have done exactly the same mod and run into the same problem must be too low to get a reply. No harm in asking though.

That rig should support your OEM camera so check the instructions and be sure you've connected things correctly. Also be sure you haven't lost any fuses during the install. We also don't know if your car had a base AV system, Bose or Bose w/NAV. Did the camera work correctly before you put in the new system?

The camera is supposed to get power when you put the car in reverse so that is something you could check at the camera. Also, the camera's wires travel into the trunk lid through the flexible conduit near the trunk's hinge. It might be worth checking those wires to be sure nothing is frayed or broken.

Just some ideas.

First of all really thank you.

i have the Bose System with OEM Navigation and Backup camera. I will check the things you told me when im back home.

but i dont think its a wrong connection i disassembled and assembled the radio 3/4 times to be sure Everything is Connected right but everytime there was no Signal. I also assembled the oem radio in between to check if maybe the camera is broken but then everything is working fine

Check the fuses

Check dipswitch (if any) settings on the nifty device

Check in options/configuration for nifty if oem or after market camera is selected. No signal means most likely its looking for something thats not connected, so could be aftermarket option.

Also see their pdf and search for camera:
