2011 g25 sedan Green Screen

My screen stopped working randomly nothings responding cant change the fan modes or turn it off its stuck on a/c full blast cant turn it down reverse camera doesnt work stuck ln the green screen has anybody ever encountered this problem i cant find anything about it online either
