Bose speaker whine after installing sub

Recently installed a 12 inch subwoofer in the trunk of my 2011 Sedan. Now there is a whine coming from the speaker in the passenger side rear door, it gets louder as the RPMs go up. If I remove the sub it goes away. Any ideas on what causing/how to fix this.
Thanks.
