Bluetooth skipping
Bluetooth skipping
What's up fellow G's, hope you guys enjoyed your holidays.
I was wondering if anyone had a fix for my music skipping whenever I play via bluetooth. It randomly fixes itself but that is after a while of driving but 80% of the time I try to play it when starting up the car, it will skip like crazy. I can't seem to find a way to fix it so it won't skip besides luck or time. Some threads I read say its due to the new iPhone updates not being compatible with the bluetooth system within the G, but I am not too sure.
Does anyone know a fix for this as it's really annoying. I try to use the wire (USB) but since I play my music on YT / Soundcloud, it says "No music found" and won't allow me to play YT / SC.
Please help me before I go crazy because I need my music!
Thank you very much.
Edit: The mods move my post to a dead part of the forum... Lol

Edit: In order to fix "No music found", you just have to add 1 song on the "music" app and it will fix it.

Have you tried taking it into the dealership? I experienced the same problem a couple months ago. Brought it to a dealership and they fixed it for around $100 and told me it was an easy update. Lol well worth it to have music back!
You could possibly get it done for free if you can convince them it's an issue with the radio unit since it was a TSB. I went through all this trouble when trying to get good music playback but ultimately I bought an iPod 5th gen from a thrift store on eBay and replaced the hard drive in it with SD cards for infinite storage space.
