Greetings everyone

I have Infiniti g37 - 2010 model

My car has AUX only, and USB is not included, The car is not American or European specs; that's why it doesn't come with USB port

Now is there any method that can be done to add USB to my car audio system? This is I want so I can put music on the USB then choose music on screen ( same as the new models of G Series )

Is there anyway to upgrade the system and if so, do I have to change the screen as well ?
