I do not know how the Phoenix unit is wired to the factory harness- yes, they say it is plug-and-play but I do not know what connectors get used. That said, most of your symptoms point to the Unified Meter/AC Amp. There is a white, plastic, rectangular box mounted to your headunit that has two IDENTICAL connectors plugged into it- this is the amp. If these connectors get mixed up, or plugged into the wrong slots, many of these symptoms will arise.

Again, without seeing firsthand what you have it is hard to remedy here. Just double check all of your connections and see what Phoenix recommends.

sure the radio is plugged in correctly.

Based on what you’re describing, it sounds like one of the factory harnesses may be hooked up wrong.

If you can’t figure it out, take some pics of the way you have it connected and post them up.

You were correct. There are two harness connectors that will fit the white plastic box plug. I swapped those and the car will now crank, no fan turns on and the backup lights don't turn on...That being said, the car will crank but not start. That's the last issue I have to iron out.

Correction: There are two factory harness plugs that fit the same way in the white plastic box. Swapped those and got the car to crank. Had to disconnect the battery once to get the car to start.

There is no where to plug this one as the Phoenix harness has a blue gps antenna plug instead.

There is nowhere on the Phoenix radio or the vehicle to plug this in.

There is nothing coming from the Phoenix harness that plugs into this factory plug.

This plug is identical to two other plugs from the car and will match up with the Phoenix USB harness. none of my symptoms change depending on which plug I hook the USB harness to.

This shows that I have all the harnesses plugged into the Phoenix radio as directed in the instructions.

This harness came with the radio. There is nowhere on the car or the radio harness to plug this in. According to the Phoenix YouTube channel tutorial, they only show plugging up the RCA's but no information on where the white plug connects. I have disconnected everything and tried plugging it into any of my factory harnesses or the Phoenix harnesses and there's nothing it fits.

I currently cannot reach anyone at the tollfree Phoenix Android Radio phone number. It's 3pm in California and they close at 4pm. Not sure I'm going to have this up and working this weekend.

I also just opened my buddies unit and discovered that they didn't send his wiring harness. They sent all the aux, mic, camera, usb harnesses etc...but they didn't send the main harness with all the connections to the factory harness. SMH.

EDIT: I just checked my mail randomly and had a package I wasn't expecting. My friends harness was in the mail. LMAO WOW what are the odds?

EDIT 2: I wonder if the harness I just received is mine and not his? We shall see.

Just for reference:
Pink Connector: XM SAT antenna
BLK Square Connector: GPS
GRAY/BLUE: USB
GRAY/BROWN: GVIF Display
The 4-pin flat connector looks like the camera but I can not tell in that picture.

At this point best advice is to put your factory system back in and wait until you hear back from Phoenix.

Should I use the pink connector from my factory harness, or the blue connector with the GPS antenna that came with the radio?
Do I not use the BLK square one?
Gray/Blue USB is good to go
Gray/Brown (I have two) not used? I have one that's at a 45 degree angle with an inline fuse and one is straight with no inline fuse.
The 4 pin flat connector confuses me if it's for the camera because I have an RCA male/female connector with "factory camera" tags on them.

Update: I had one of the wrong factory harnesses plugged into the white plastic box that sits in the dash. I swapped those plugs and the car started.

Currently the backup camera does not work.
Blower fan does not turn on. The screen shows that the fan speed is turning up and down when I push the button but the fan doesn't actually blow.
Check engine light is on but no codes.
ABS and Brake light is on but no codes.

I'm about to try swapping harnesses since the other one arrived in the mail today.

Glad most of the problems are sorted- that ACAmp (plastic box) can create a lot of problems.

The gray/brown you will not need (you have "two" because it is both ends of the same cable that connects your "old" headunit to your "old" display). I can't help with the others as I don't know how the Phoenix unit is designed (internal XM/GPS antennas, etc.)

At least you are on the home stretch....

Well swapping the harness is not a choice. The widest plug on the other Phoenix harness is not as wide is the widest factory plug in my car.

Blah. I just switched back to my factory radio and I still have no blower fan, still have a check engine light, abs light, traction light and brake light on. I think I need to go back over the fuses again.

EDIT: No blown fuses found. I checked with my fluke meter and was skeptical when I found nothing, so I pulled each, one by one and found none blown.

Additional information. I just noticed that the airbag light is blinking on my dash and my backup camera does not work on the factory radio anymore.

I just went to have my codes read and they have found a lot I will show them in just a few minutes. I'm also starting to notice a lot of other issues. I currently don't have the option to manually shift it doesn't even show up on the dash and I have no turn signals.
