Let's see, per your photo/label:

12 is actually 2 separate connectors and are for USB; if using you will only use the connector on the right; your USB cable is the one with the blue connector on one end and a green connector on the other;
9 is for the FM Antenna;
11 is for the GPS Antenna;
Pink is for the XM/SAT Radio Antenna;
The BROWN connector (next to #5) is for the GVIF Cable;

You will NOT use #8 and #10 which is why there are no connectors in your donor harness.

These headunits are used in most Nissan/Infiniti's including the GTR but are programmed differently, hence the extra connector locations. Just follow the PDF pinouts and you will be okay.

You may have already referenced this guide- this is the one I mostly followed- and had no issues. Page #6, I believe, will offer additional guidance:

Thank you for all your help. I started labeling all the wire so I can start matching up the both years and then start soldering.

Have another question. I have the HU all labeled. I started the Screen and wondering how to connect a few wires. it's the RGB connections and the inverters on the 2009, I don't have on the 2013, AUX Image and the horizontal and vertical Synchronizing

Display pins 27 & 28, the RGB digital signals, are connected to pins 157 & 158 on the AV unit. This is the infamous GVIF cable. These connectors are identified by the small, square brown port on the back of the headunit and the display.

You do not have to concern yourself with the AUX Image, Horizontal Sync, or the Vertical sync signals. These are for the RCA jacks in the center console which will no longer function. In theory, that is.

Just concentrate on what the new system needs, not what your car has. There are many wires the car that will not be used at all.

I was starting to cut wires and started with the speakers. I noticed that the connector from the 2013 has shielded wires but the 2009 has none. Will I get static and interference?

Got about half the wires soldered, shrink tubed and taped up. Started the next biggest connector. I can't find the Telephone voice signal pin. I have it on the 2009 but not on the 2013. Do they call it something different? been looking on the internet and nothing.

The only shield problem I had was for the display/CAM IMAGE SIGNAL (pin #7) that just needed a good ground. No problems at all since then. No static, no video distortion, nothing. As for the TEL VOICE SIGNALS, these are for your microphone. This will require some creativity.

The MIC (in the headliner) connects to the TEL module in the trunk. In the trunk, I connected the 3 MIC wires to 3 wires that run from the TEL module to the headunit. Basically I repurposed wires in order to save running new ones. This is what you will need once you find the MIC wires:
MIC pin #1 to 2013 AV pin 87 (signal);
MIC pin #2 to 2013 AV pin 71 (ground);
MIC pin #4 to 2013 AV pin 72 (power).

Unless you are crafty enough to find the MIC wires that run from the headliner and tap into them, this is really the only option.

Wish you lived closer, I owe you a meal and drinks for all the help. LOL I've got two of the 3 connectors done. It was raining and kept getting stuffy in the car while soldering. I've got about 6 more to solder and done with the major part. Hoping it will be nicer tomorrow, I'll check out the mic wires in the trunk. I was surprised at all the wiring mostly matching colors. That's odd, I had my phone working with the 2009 HU strange the wires are there for the 2013? I taped one harness that I didn't take a pic of. Thanks again

No worries, though I appreciate the gesture. Just paying the help forward. The wiring looks more complex- daunting and intimidating- than it actually is, especially considering most of the wires from the old system won't be needed.

Believe me, I know about rain and humidity. I had 20" over the past 2 weeks. Spent most of today replacing a busted (leaking) hot water heater and it was 94 degrees with 87% relative humidity. Leaves no time for my next mod project.....

Keep cool and solder on!

I will try to help with paying it forward. Much better with mechanical stuff.
I was looking at the screen connections, thought I was just going to plug it in but noticed those RGB, inverter and AUX from the 2009. I believe # 9 on 2013 goes to #22 on 2009, #10 on 2013 goes to #11 on 2009. I can get power and Acc power to connectors 11 and 23 on 2013I think I can just grab a ground and shield for 6,7,12,22 on 2013. confused what to use on #8, 18, 19,27 and 28.

You will add 3 wires to your harness for the following:

DISPLAY pin #6 to AV pin #83;
DISPLAY pin #18 to AV pin #68;
DISPLAY pin #19 to AV pin #67;

DISPLAY pin #8 is for the CAMERA signal wire. I had to add this wire as I originally did not have a rear camera. If you have a rear camera just find the image signal wire and tap there.

You can tap anywhere to get power, accessory power and ground. I repurposed the iPod module harness just to save time and space.

You need the GVIF cable for DISPLAY pins #27/28 to AV pins #157/158. I posted a picture of the cable earlier up in this thread.

Installed everything. I think I need to get the 2013 AC / Radio control panel. I still have the 2009. The screen works, radio comes on a preset channel but I can't change the station. The Nav comes on but can't select a destination but I can scroll Virginia must have been preset. the lights stay on for auto AC and can change temp and heat comes on if I raise to a higher temp. can't change to manual climate control. seems some buttons work on panel but most don't. I still have to pull it out again to hook up back up camera and phone and correct the issues. I can't thank you enough for your help.

Congratulations!

Yes, you must have a preset switch (radio/HVAC) panel from a model WITH NAV. The two switch panels look practically identical but ARE NOT interchangeable. Thankfully, they are cheap enough on eBay.

As for the help, you are more than welcome.
