Need help 2009 non-Nav to 2013 Nav

I search to find some diagrams but they said Nissan had them taken off because of infringements? I have all my new parts all 2013 Screen, head unit, controller and GPS. I don't thing any plugs will plug in to the new units. Does anyone know of a kit to make this switch like metra ? I have taken a few pics of each year.

New pic of common plugs
I looked at the ones that match, wondering just because the plug matches will the pins be the same? here's another with matching plugs rest I have no idea.

There is no kit to make this plug-and-play. While you will reuse most of your existing connectors, some of the pins will have to be moved or wires cut-and-spliced- either way the harness has to be modified. Without the FSM, it will be next to impossible for you to do this swap.

If I recall, you will need to add one connector to your harness for the 2013 unit. You will also need the GVIF cable for the display. I am assuming your donor units did not come with pigtails?

Someone just posted the FSM for another member privately within the last couple of weeks. I remember reading the thread but can't remember which sub forum it was in. you should try searching around and if you find that thread PM the member who posted it to see if you can get the link as well.

I found these links that still work. I would download the whole FSM if you can before these are gone:

2009: http://www.infinitig37.com/2009-Infi...Sedan-FSM.html

2013: http://www.infinitig37.com/2013-Infi...Sedan-FSM.html

Hope these help.
Now, if only I could find the FSM's for the 2017+ Q60...

No problem. It seems intimidating at first, but once you realize that most of the 2009 wires are not needed, it becomes very easy to get things sorted properly.

Good luck!

Hey, I looked at the diagrams and still intimidating. I just purchased all the plugs and 6" of the wiring harness from each plug connector to all the components from a 2013 G37 with the bose and Nav. they are going to tag the plugs that go to each unit separately. all for $25 plus $3 shipping. I think I scored.

Sounds like you are getting the pieces of the puzzle ready to go. Does this include the GVIF (video) cable/connectors?

It really is not as complex as it seems but can be very time consuming and frustrating at times. Just do your research, plan everything out, LABEL each wire you modify, and take your time.

He said it would include it all? If I had a an actual picture of the rear of the units with pin numbers and colored wire identification I could understand it better. I had that for my Yukon and it was easier or like the directions you get from a Metra kit. Following a schematic with just lines is puzzling but I'll figure it out. Thanks again

Got it figured out ......finally. I took the pin ID for each plug on the 2009 and did the same for the 2013. I'll have to cut and solder to match wires with plug location but it does make sense. My 2013 plug connectors should be here in a week to 10 days. I'll let you know how it goes. I'll take pics and post....might help someone else out.

I can not solder worth a damn (if I could my gauge cluster would stop blinking like a mirror ball) but to someone experienced you should be fine. Just take your time.

Good luck!

Well for me soldering is easier than trying to figure this out. I have this almost done. Need help with a few pins #67 on the 2013 is composite Image signal ground Neg. # 68 Composite Image signal output
#157 is on the 2013 RGB Digital Image signal Output neg. I only have RGB, red, blue and green coming out of my 2009 harness. #158 RGB Digital Image Signal Pos. output Same as 157 have only red, blue, green.
#129 - 133 are all USB which I don't have the jacks for so I'm forgetting these.
