Blank radio screen and A/C stuck on

So this weekend i had some time and had a subwoofer i was going to add to my car. Disassembling everything went with out a hitch got all my wires ran through the car. Before i put any power too it i decided to test to see if after the wires were installed if everything still powered on as usual and that's when all manor of weird **** start happening. My VDC/ABS/SLIP light are all on, the hazard lights work but are not causing any indication on the instrument cluster, the Nav screen is just blank, it powers on but does not display a thing, and My A/C is stuck on full blast. As well as my windows just roll down when the door is open. So wtf is going on with this car? It's an 08 Coupe.

Is there a reset procedure for the infotainment system because i was literally driving the car a couple hours earlier and absolutely nothing was wrong with it.

Fixed.

There are 2 plugs on the back on the navi/headunit that can easily be swapped by accident. they look very similar and sit almost in the same location. How to tell them a part is there is yellow duct tape on the wiring harness from the factory that goes in the small module that is above the headunit. Here is a picture for anybody else if you happen to run into the problem i did, i accidentally swapped 1&2:
