Are your windows tinted? I've heard some cases that depending on the type of window tint used it could cause signal failure

I've looked into that but I like being able to mute it with the button still and I don't think that would allow you to do so. Correct me if I'm wrong, although I do really like that mount

I can get my finger in there but it is a bit tight. I have to turn it off occasionally & never had a problem.
