Showing navingation from smart phone to Infiniti nav screen

Hello,
I have g37 2009 with Nav system. The nav system is good but it does not know about traffic. I would like use my google maps on Android phone and show navigation video on infinity touch screen. I am thinking to use composite video input in my car to connect to my phone.

Will it work? Any other possible options?

Thanks!

I have been trying to figure something out along the same lines. I doubt it will work unless you find an adapter for you phone that will link it to a composite video-out. Let me know if you do find a way though! I would like to do the same for long trips.

I saw an adapter online but then I did some research and it looks like video will not work while car is moving, I believe this approach will not work(I am not 100% sure)

If your phone has HDMI video output then get a HDMI to AV adapter / converter on eBay (about $20) and then you'll be good to go.

Would this work if you are going from mico usb(on the phone) to HDMI, then HDMI to composite and then connect those to the center console ?
