Unhappy 2010 Sedan No Bose no Nav & LCQ-1

I'm having some trouble with my Audiocontrol LCQ-1, after driving a while the Maximized Indicator light begin to flick and the audio start to clip on all the outputs. The LCQ-1 is on the trunk and is not hot on the surface when this happens. The grounds are solid and tight. This happens at low or normal volume and in all the outputs. I'm using a 5ch Soundstorm amp with the factory speakers and two 8" bazookas on a G37 2010 Sedan. The factory unit that came on this car is Panasonic with no amps. Does anyone have any idea why is this happening? Any advise will be appreciated. Thank you.
