CD load fail

Hi guys,
So, I finally got around to trying to play a CD in my (new to me) '08 coupe. It won't even load. Is this a common Infiniti disease? Any fixes? Yes, I've searched the forum, and yes, I've tried the load button.

It's a plain old music CD, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon to be precise.

It won't load on its own...you need to place it slightly in and press the load button. It takes 6 disks, so then designate it as disk 1, and so forth for additional loaded disks.
