Phone use without the radio

My phone is synced to the radio. How can I use it without going through the radio when the cars on?

Welcome to the forum! I'm not 100% on what exactly you're asking. Could you elaborate on what kind of car you have (year, what options you have), and what you're trying to do?

Push the "Use Handset" option on the display screen, or change the Bluetooth setting on your phone while you are on a call.
