I bought a 2012 G37 sedan with the premium audio/nav system a few months ago. When the map is being displayed there are apparently random dots showing along some of the major routes. Anybody know what these signify? I don't subscribe to any traffic info subscription services. I can't find any explanation in the nav system manual. Thanks a lot!

Ok, fixed it. Went to map settings and turned off a tracking feature. Dots are gone. Need to pull out the manual and find out if there is any value in that feature. Seemed to have tracked every road I have ever driven on.
