Screen Turns on by Itself?!?!?

Yeah, I know it sounds stupid, but this is the second time I have come home to discover the screen on, when the car is completely off. I don't drive the G everyday, and now I think know why my battery went dead. I got in the car and turned the screen off using the display option, but have no clue if that will actually keep it off. For the record, I last drove the car about 24hrs ago. I'm lost here. Thoughts?

Do you have an audio system in the car? I've seen one other car have the same issue

I don't, but the previous owner may have. I noticed an after-market 8-gauge power wire running from the battery, though I haven't traced it to see where it ends up. I need to check the amp area anyway because I do plan to replace the bose system.

Do you know what the cause was for the other person with this issue?

The problem on was a remote wire attached to a fuse in the fuse block in the lower left kick panel..check that first
