Getting the dealership to update nav/audio stuff/bluetooth?

I know the 08-09 G37 coupe models have had problems connecting/streaming music and stuff from Android devices over bluetooth and I was just wanting to know if the dealership could update this (along with the nav, maps, etc.) with any kind of software update.

Thanks!
Nicholas

I asked them for my 09 coupe. The dealership told me that it's a hardware, not a software update that needs to happen.

And F- that

why not input your audio the old school way, via cables. headphone jack (mini) to rca jack adapter input to your video by way of armrest... just use the audio portion and it should at least work so that you can listen to your device.

From what I'm understanding, BT streaming came out in 2010.
