Can I install USB input and TV tuner to my g37 sedan 09 with navigation system and AUX input only.

There's a module for video input and that's probably the farest you can go.

 

Forum rules prohibit discussion of enabling videos while driving.
But you're not asking about that.
I do recall talking to someone with a pre-2010 model that can have that.
