Is there a way around this? As I'm trying to locate many different restaurants for instance while driving NAV will only show 4, unless I actually come to a complete stop with car and then all will show. When I'm on the freeway doing 70 mph I wanna have more than 4 choices of places to eat while im driving before I hit an exit with all my choices of probably 100 different places and exits say in next 5 miles instead of only 4 showing in next 1/2 mile.. This holds true for gas stations and all other destinations/places of interest to choose from I'm coming up on.

I know its a safety issue but my passenger can scroll through them all so they could have come up with some passenger seat sensor that allows all to come up when a passenger is in the car.

 

i found this to be annoying also so i'd just use my phone to do the searching job

Yep, the G37 Navi sucks. There were previous threads that talked about this before. I'm not sure why Infiniti just can't copy Honda/Acura's. I'll only use it if my phone dies but that will never happen.

 

I actually love the NAV system as its gotten us to every place we were looking at for properties. My wife was trying to use her phone as well but the NAV worked much better and faster.
I found a way around it...turn car off in neutral at 70 mph, hit ACC, bring up NAV, get er done, restart car and go before it comes to a stop on the freeway...LOL

 

i wish you could access the rear view cam while driving like in lambos..that would be dope
