Neutral Safety Wire?

Does the G37 6MT have a neutral safety wire, ie. like the automatic does, so that the car knows that its not in gear? If so, where is this wire located. I know on the autos, it is located under the hood by the battery, but on the 6-speed, that wire is there, but has no signal. So where is this wire, if there is a wire?

This is from ECU. I used this wire to install my viper 5902 for remote start. You can find this tire from the harness right next to the ECU under the passenger side center console

So where is my compensation?
