Is it true that we cannot program phone number extensions into the vehicle phonebook. I need to use the "pause" funtion in order to dial my office voicemail, however, the bluetooth runs all the numbers together....anyone know of a fix?

 

have you tried programming the number into your phone then importing it over? Maybe it'll import the pause. Or try holding down the # or * to see if that does anything.
