I had the option at the time (still do), to add the phone remote capabilities, but the installer was honest with me that it didn't work the most reliably yet. This due to the servers problem during some times of the day.

 

Yeah, when i first got the smart start the system was always effed up. But they have made alot of upgrades since and i rarely have any issues now.

 

why dosent the video work?

 

Its working fine for me. Anyone else having problems viewing the video?
