Anyone recommends a decent sub?

I have the stock 11 speaker Bose and I find the bass to be a bit weak. The mids and highs sound okay but it's the lack of bass what gets me. I don't need something that will rattle my tooth fillings off but I want something with a bit more bass. I was thinking maybe a self amplified sub or just wire up an amp. What you guys think?

JL Audio W6 will work.. 10" if you want to stay away from the tooth filling rattling, avoid the W7......
