No - you can only load the music box from an audio CD -- also, we have discovered numerous "issues" with both loading the music box and/or using a heavily packed USB Flash-Drive in terms of keeping the songs in the play order (when you don't want to use the somewhat mediocre "random" feature) that you want - it tends to alphabetize the songs on the box, and use the "load order" on the flash-drive. have spent frustrating hours upon hours messing with this "system".

The random order is really lousy...playing some of the same tunes over and over. but I like the idea of alphabetize...How do I do that?

If CF card could hold more than 512 songs, I'd go with CF card for sure because it's cheaper per GB.
CF card itself can hold more songs but the Infiniti music player will only recognize the first 500 songs. So if you wanted more songs than that you'd be better off getting several smaller cf cards anyway.

The 2010 G37 has USB for flash drives instead of CF and also a higher song limit, or so I'm told.

So the 2GB internal hard drive is useless for me. I took all my CD's and burnt them onto my computer about 5 years ago. Then i ditched all my CDs since they were taking up too much space (over 1000 of them). Oh well, guess i'll just have to use my iPod.

Is there anyway to make it skip the Music box when you hit the AUX button? Since it is useless, i'd love for it not to be there.

How about using the CF to hear books. Do you just download from your computer and then insert into CF slot? Will any card work?
