I'm thinking about installing a reverse parking sensor, the dealer wants like $400 for it installed, with 1 yr warranty. Other shops want like 220-250CAD. This is before taxes 12%. If i get it in the other shops and pay cash they wont charge tax but the dealer will. Also if i want it colour matched from the dealer (it comes stock black i have a BO g37 so it's shiny) it's like +$130. I don't think the other shops can colour match the shiny black unless they can find the paint then it will be like extra $100.

What should I do get it from the dealer or another place? Also should I bother colour matching?

i have the base package no reverse cam..

It's pretty tough for me to judge the distance from the rear... T_T

I heard in Europe the G has this option (rear parking sensors) available. If you have the dealer install it, is it an Infiniti OEM kit? Since this is an old thread, did you ever have it installed?
