Tweeter distortion

I just installed a RF 801x amp and T162S components in my G37. I had noticed that my tweeters were distorting on certain music, even when my amp gain was set to minimum, so I changed to level from 0db to -4db on the crossover. Now it only occurs when I turn the HU volume to maximum. I hooked an oscilloscope up to my amp output and did not see any distortion, granted my test tone CD only goes up to 20kHz. Again it does not distort on all songs only some.

Maybe they are crossed over too low or the slope is not right.

I am using the cross over they came with. It is a burnt CD, however I also noticed it on certain songs over the radio.
