Hey guys. Let me start by saying that I love this car and I especially love the nav system. Here is my problem... 2 weeks or so ago, (after my wife drove it), I got into the car and was changing the stations on the radio. On the nav system, I have already present stations on A1-6, B1-6 and C1-6. Well, when I went to change the station from A1, the car would not let me go to A2. I could go to A6. I noticed that when I get to A1, the "1" would flash for a second and then it would just read "A." It had never done this before and all other stations still read A2, A3, etc. B and C continue to list B1, C1 etc. I can scroll the presents up or down on any other preset station, other than A1.

So, why does it no longer say "A1" and why can't I scroll to "A2?" Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks ahead of time!

There is a TSB out for it. I have it happen to me twice. Resetting your presets is solution. I've had it happen twice in almost a year.

Next time it happens, I'm taking it to the dealer.
