Retrofit backup camera?

Obviously I could find plenty of aftermarket options, but has anyone come across a retro-kit to add the OEm Backup camera to cars that didn't come with it. From past experience these cars have an auxillary input for the display that can be used, and in digging around in the back the wiring is there, but I haven't come across a preassembled kit to do this.... anyone know how much and what part#'s would be required.

I am thinking of adding a spoiler and it would help to know if I can do this before I order it to know which spoiler to get (w or w/o camera).

Have you seen the parts or checked woth the dealer to see what it would cost? I could install it myself and am only looking for the parts to do it... the dealer I am sure will mark things up 10fold even for the bare parts, thus I am curious to find alternative.
Other than the CF memory card slot on the Nav/Tech package's stereo and the backup camera, there was nothing in those two packages that justified the add cost at time of purchase. The backup camera is about the only thing I would use thus my inquiry.

I haven't checked into it. I'm just saying I'm interested too.

Parallel parking in the G is a biotch. I've totally murdered my rear right rim.

I've been mulling over this since the day I picked up the car.. here were some quotes I got a while back:

rear trunk chrome finisher for use w/cam $160 shipped
camera unit : $355 shipped
camera control unit : $215 shipped

I was also told this:
"Also, if you are looking to install a rearview camera onto you model which does not have a camera already, this will NOT work. The only way to get a G37 with a rearview camera is to order it that way from the factory unfortunately. There is MUCH more to the whole system other than a camera, control unit, and finisher. There is an entire new wiring setup throughout the entire car etc..."

Whether the above is completely true, I would have to say its unconfirmed at this point.. (from the service manual I dont see any implication of there being a different wiring harness for models with or without navi.. I may have missed it tho). I've taken apart my trunk-lid finisher and have seen that the wiring at that point does not include anything for the rear view cam.
What I haven't confirmed is whether the same goes for the trunk area (to see whether its prewired for the camera control unit). If it is, I would say theres a probable chance that it works, and if it isn't then I would probably lean more towards an aftermarket solution.
