Ok so I have the presets set on my radio. 91.7 is A1 and whatever for the othe 5. So when i use voice to tune to "fm 91.7" it tunes to it the display showes A1 then goes to A and i cannot scroll down to the next preset A2 but if i push up it will go to A6. then if i hit dowm it will go to A1 display that on the screen but then the 1 will disappear and again I cannot scroll down. This is pissing me off. Should I go to the dealer with this?

 

I would imagine that if you go to the dealership and say that your "expanded voice commands" are not working properly, they will update your system and you will lose voice ability to control specific radio stations, climate control, etc... That is what I was told by Infiniti when I called to complain that my car didn't come with the original voice commands- they told me that when cars go in for service and voice commands stop working properly, they will simply be removed from the vehicle.

 

If they took away my voice commands, then i would expect a check for around $1500.00 bucks!!!!

I did not pay for a car without voice commands!!

^^ it does this without the voice comands too. As well if they removed my voice comands I would loose it on them and some one would be paying me some serious money. Infinti had a good thing with he expaned voice and they should bring it back. Thinking of buying a ford for the sync system...... JK lol

 

I reminded them that Ford has SYNC in most of its cars now and that the Infiniti that I ordered should be equipped like the demo's. They don't seem to care.

Hopefully you can get yours fixed without a problem.
