Anyone have any success in getting their playlists to show up on their cars?

wondering if it's not compatible with dynamic playlists... (although i dont think they are actually dynamic once they get on the phone).

Anyways, i've been unable to get any Playlists to show up. Wondering if anyone else has had luck with this.

 

I believe only the "On-The-Go" doesn't work. Playlists synced from iTunes should show up fine.

 

all of my playlists showed up fine until i jailbroke 1.1.3... then it crashed and i re-jailbroke it with a better method, now all the playlists show up fine again. except On-The-Go of course.

I'm using a jailbroken 1.1.3 phone and i just get a bunch of blanks. For all my playlits.

I have 6 playlists, and i get 6 blanks when i hit "playlists". I can select them, but they all just show all my songs.

Very strange. Maybe i need to reflash my phone...

 

that's the same thing that happened to me. only from the first jailbreak i used - NateTrue's Method. after my phone froze, i re-jailbroke with the Official DevTeam's Jailbreak.

Ugh.. Why can't they just come up with some native apps we could load on there.. All these movies/songs and not one app to put on the iPhone, rediculous.

 

Thank you so much! I used Nate true's method. I tried the iPhone rev team way and nothing worked. U couldn't sync with any of my computers. Will try the new method. Hope fully it works. Thanks again

 

native apps will start coming out this month.

no prob. let me know how it goes... i've got a few friends that aren't computer savvy so i shied them away from Nate and DevTeam. the new one is supposed to be quite easy.

 

Use the new ZiPhone method. It works on all firmwares (1.0 - 1.1.3) and it's MUCH easier to use. It's also a true jailbreak since it is not a softupgrade like Nate True's and the Dev Team's methods.

 

ziPhone method worked pefectly and w/o a hitch. and now I have playlists! Thanks everyone!
