I have the cable and I use it with my iPhone. I like it better than Infiniti's cable even though I lose the integration, which I is fine since it's a pain in the *** to use anyways. Just note that the cable does not charge your device. However, the Apple Composite cable also has a USB plug on it so you can buy a car charger if you want it to charge when you plug in as well. After this, it'll essentially be like Infiniti's cable, with the advantages and disadvantages from my own personal use listed above.
