How do I play a DVD

I thought I saw somewhere that I can play a DVD if the car is parked with the "E" brake on. I put the DVD in the CD slot and nothing. Will this car play DVD? If so how? I have the Nav so there is just the single disc.

You need to plug in a DVD player of some kind into the AUX jacks located in the armrest.

The drive in the car is not a DVD player it is a CD player. In order to play a DVD, you need to plug a DVD or other video device into the jacks in the console, like the second poster says.

this thread seems pretty basic.
i'll just throw my 2 cents in, and say that a standard dvd player must also be powered with an AC outlet. to power it through the car, use a converter from the cig lighter. yay!

(or hard wire!) what a can of worms..
