Bose 6 pack changer?

Anyone taking bets on how soon the 1st 6 changer fails? I would think that alone would warrant getting the Navi pkg with its 1 cd changer...

so what problems do you anticipate happening? are current g35 sedans (i.e. 2007) having problems?? as their changer is the same as in the g37.

i have the nav with single cd but my 2003 coupe never had a problem with the in-dash 6 changer.. nor have any of my other cars with changers in the trunk.

There haven't been any reported issues over the last 10-11 months with the 07 Sedan, so I suspect it won't be much different with the G37.

IF its still the Clarion changer, which I was told it was, then I would expect the same problems as all the Infiniti's/Nissan of previous yrs. Had it replaced twice in my 04 Maxima and in the 2nd month of ownership of my 07 couple.

It's extremely easy. All you do is pop your CD in and press "Record" on the LCD screen. By the time your finished the 4th song or so, the entire album is ripped to the hard drive. Easy peasy!

My '04 Coupe's 6-CD changer had to be changed out twice. Tech told me that it was a common problem in that model.

Any update?

I just wanted to see if anyone's 6-cd changer failed yet? If not, please say so as well. I know these units can be troublesome at times. I had to put mine out of commission in my Ford with a hammer.
