I can finally contribute to this thread! This forum has been very helpful for me in finding out almost every question I had, so I hope this will help out others!

Wheel: Gram Lights 57CR Clubsport. Powder coated Highland Bronze with Casper Clear. Fun fact: these wheels are the exact hub bores as our cars (66.1 vs 73.1 on the standard 57CR)
Size: 18x9.5 +38
Tire: Kumho Ecsta PS91 265/40R18
Weight: 20.0 lbs before powder coated bronze, ~48 lbs with tire
Clearance: Clears Akebonos
Spacer: 3mm front

The car is lowered to about 26.5" in the front and 26.375" in the back from fender to ground, with about -2.1° front and -1.5° rear camber. The wheels fit with no issues on the Akebono and stock body with these specs, but I wanted the fronts to poke out just a bit more to match the rears a bit better without losing too much thread engagement. It's not much but is just enough for me to notice and care. I haven't taken her to autocross yet but so far, I'm having no rubbing issues.

Those are fantastic details. Lightweight 18's that clear the BBK, stylish and aggressive with great fitment. Well done.

I wonder why the fronts cambered in that much, or was that by intent for the flush look?

Do you require the 3mm spacer for clearance? I've got 3mm spacers in the front too, because having 1mm of clearance freaks me out.

Thank you! I can't stop staring at pictures of this car. Everything came together almost exactly how I planned!

The camber was intentional. I wanted to experiment with alignment and found these specs were recommended on the Z forum for a somewhat daily-able weekend warrior. I figured it would also be a great starting point since I saw Blnewt mentioning anything over a 245 with a 9.5 +38 has a risk of rubbing the fender liners.

The spacer is not required for clearance but it gives just a little more room around the caliper when I wash the car. A spacer is something I expected to need based on Blnewt's tire and camber setup and my calculations with the tire and camber I wanted to try. A 5mm would get a better result, but I'm getting just about 6 full rotations on the lugnut before it touches the wheel so I don't want to risk it anymore on the stock studs.

Per my Reddit sub comment, I really like the look of the OEM silver calipers against the gold wheels. Not normally a fan of gold wheels, but I like the look of them on gray as they harmonize with the different metallic colors and metals; even blends well with the chrome trim. What are you using to mount your front license plate?

Stillen mount?

I was really stuck on either hyper silver or this color when planning for powder coat. I love silver wheels on this grey, but I wanted to change things up after over 8 years with the OEM duckfeet. I still don't know which color I prefer more, but I'm very happy with how the bronze came out! It looks less gold in person.

I'm using some mount I found on eBay a few years ago. It looks exactly like the image below. Works pretty well if you use blue Loctite on the center allen screw holding the plate to the tow hook extension. Only had it move out of position once, but I think it was someone who walked by and accidentally grazed it. My plate eventually got a small bend since it's not fully supported in the back so I'd go for a different design or add my own bracing if I'd do it again. I'm not the biggest fan of offset plates/ front plates in general, but this car wasn't drilled for it and I want to keep it that way. Slowly grew to like it though!

That looks just like the Stillen unit. I created my own mounting apparatus as the oem version required one to drill holes in the fascia, and sit too high on the bumper for my taste. It's held up well for years, and I only recently had to tighten the bolts a little. I like the look without a tag, but here in CA you will get a ticket quick w/o a front tag.

That looks perfect. 18x9.5" wheels on the G is definitely a sweet spot between looks and performance. When I was looking for a used set of wheels I couldn't find 57CRs without tires or tires in the right size for the G. I guess this is a popular wheel for the last gen WRX.

If I find a used set I may just need to pick them up!

Wheel: Gram Lights 57CR Gunblue II
Size: 18x9.5 +22 in front, 18x10.5 +22 in rear
Tire: Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 -- 235/45R18 in front and 265/40R18 in rear
Clearance & Fitment: Clears Z1 BBK (Akebonos). Zero rubbing. No fender rolling needed or anything like that
Spacer: none
Coils: BC Racing 'vert coils

Overall super happy with fitment and rides incredibly smooth for how low it is. My mechanic buddy was flabbergasted

like an idiot I forgot to take off the plastic protector on the center caps

I think 15mm spacers front and back and an extra half inch lower in the front would do this setup a lot of good but I think the front bumper would be getting into trouble quite a bit

Would you be down to message me about these, i love these after lots of searching and hope you can help me get rid of some doubts and be sure

<chefs kiss> love the way those look - since I'm still not finding any 5-spoke 19s that I like I might have to look into these.

Amen, brother. I know that frustration first hand. Finding wheels is becoming more painful than a root canal...

I'm contemplating going to a square setup with the Nismo v1 19s using fronts (I think they're 9.5").

What I really need is someone WITH a nismo 370 to come over and have a beer while I test fit his wheels on my sedan and see where the rub/interference points are.

I'm sure I could make the rear 10.5 fit; I have a sawzall, sledge hammer and a torch LOL.

You aren't running spacers? Looks fine to me. Not flush as many desire, but flush comes with its own set of problems. The height looks good as well IMO.
