what size terminals is everyone using at the end of the wire? 3/8 or 5/16"? does this setup mimic the connections the stillen kit uses?

I have 1/4" holes on my connectors which fit just fine on the 1/4 20 bolts I used on my grounding blocks and also worked just fine on all 10mm bolts, Neg battery terminal, and the TBs.

Finally got around to doing this the other day and it's like a new car. I LOVE driving this thing now. Coming from only having ever driven manual cars on a daily basis the transmission was my biggest issue with this car. Can't wait to take it in for my next oil change and try to explain what all the wires running through the engine are for...
Out of curiosity does anyone know if this is still an issue with the Q50s?

I know pretty much nothing about cars, but was able to do this myself and felt the difference in shifting immediately on the way home from my friends garage. Thanks Azg37 for writing this up!

Great DIY - thank you OP for the write-up. I'm honestly not that sure I see any major differences yet - but I only spent about $35 and not a lot of time.
For someone that wants to do it with 4 gauge wire (it's not much more expensive than 8 gauge), here is exactly what I used for parts:
4 Gauge Amp Wiring Kit:
This gives you the 4 gauge wire and qty 4 - 4 gauge ring terminals (it actually shows 6 in the photo but this is incorrect - 2 of them are much smaller and are for the remote turn on wire in the kit - so this is why you need the extra 4 gauge ring terminals below. Amazon gave me a $5 credit when I told them about this, which paid for the other 4 gauge terminals)
More 4 Gauge Ring Terminals:
0 Gauge Ring Terminals (you'll only need to use 2)
This is optional - but I put braided cable sleeve on the wires so it looks factory:
1/2" is the correct size to use for 4 gauge wire
