I am willing to pay low dollar for this item as long as it comes with all components necessary with no visible signs of damage/wear.

Not to thread jack, but this is the first thing everyone notices when they're getting into the car. Forget the badass brakes, and the 19" wheels. It's always "ooooh! the Infiniti lights up!"
