2011 G37X with Square Setup

I know the popular 19" sport coupe rims work with the g37x.

Wondering if the ones above work as well with no spacers needed.
Also recommended tire size as well. 245/40?

No problem w/ those, and 245/40 or 255/40 will work fine. Speedometer will be a bit off w/ 255s but not much.
