Yea ****, there's no issue here IMO. OP bought the warranty and utilized it - to the letter - of the agreement. If he got the wheels second hand or was using the certificate for a different set of wheels then I'd agree with you but that isn't the case.

Are you saying you wouldn't submit a claim if you bought the warranty?

To the OP, this was an additional warranty/coverage you purchased or included with the tire purchase at no additional fee?

How is it listed on your invoice as a line item? I've purchased tires from discount tire before. They'd try to sell me on this road hazard protection plan but I don't recall it covered wear. Maybe post a pic of the front of the invoice with your personal info redacted.
