PSA: Unadvertised lifetime alignment sale at Bridgestone/Firestone

My friendly Bridgestone/Firestone manager tells me the lifetime alignments (one alignment every six months for as long as you own the car) are on sale through April 30 for $140, instead of the usual $170. The web site also has a $10 off coupon. So, for $130 you can get lifetime alignments.

Make sure the location near you has a lift that's low enough if you are lowered. I went there for my first alignment and the lift wouldn't accommodate my car dropped on Tanabes.

If you can use them, that sounds like a great value.

My Firestone uses wood boards to get lowered cars up there. They said they use them for vettes.

I'm lowered on Eibachs and was able to get up there just fine. I trust my Firestone though, YMMV...

Just be careful about the parts you install. I had this deal for my truck, and they told me I needed new ball joints after a couple years. I changed them myself... cheaper and job done right. Then they told me I would have to pay again. I had to pay for a regular alignment again because they didn't install the ball joints.

So if you change anything make sure that they don't know about it.

The g37 coupe needs alignment if it ever gets thrown off but can't be rotated/balanced, right?

Sport/Sport Wheels = No rotation, only side-to-side swapping (staggered setup)
Everything else = Able to rotate

Yes... as soon as my 20's are on and I choose a lowering kit, I'm going for the Lifetime Alignment! Good deal! But they are gonna get sick of seeing me at some point. LoL

Hey I went to 3 different firestone today and they had no idea what I was talking about. Some said that they only had the 10dollar copound that was on the site? Bs? It's a good thing my friend works at one in the oc and was able to give it to me for 130.

Since you are in socal ... I got mine at the Firestone on Orangethorpe and Valley View in Buena Park. I don't think they have a limit of once every six months either.
