what size tires can i go with

need help guys, I have a 2011 G37 journey. I just picked up a set of staggered fit rays, 19x8 front and 19x8.5 rear. The question I am having is, what is the biggest size tires I can go with before rubbing becomes an issue? Stock suspension setup currently, but looking to do coilovers in the future. any help is appreciated.

Strictly going by the widest tire that will properly mount on those width wheels (as per manufacturers guidelines) a 245/40 front 255/40 rear is about it. A 265/35 will fit in back but the sidewalls will be pinched a bit and may roll under heavy cornering.
