Wheels.. again

Hey guys another wheel question,
went to the shop today, guy suggest the following set up

20X10.5 +30 mounted on 255/35R20

Is this an acceptable set up, he did some calculations and said they should fit, I just want to double check

Thanks !

Tire size is about right. However the front might be pushing it with that wheel size. Are you lowered? If so, what setup and how low?

Voha, here's a coupe running 10.5+25 on 275s all around, so the 255s will give you 10mm more room at the fender w/ the tires and an additional 5mm for the offset, so a net 15mm in from this setup~

I'm moving this to the wheel folder and deleting that same thread you posted there, please just post a question once in one folder, we'll help you just the same

Thanks blnewt, I am a little confused about offset. So the net 15mm offset means my set up will be pushed in 15mm from the setup in the picture?

Yes, your setup will be 15mm more inwards. Your wheels will be 5mm more inwards, due to the difference in offset, and the extra 10mm of clearance comes from the narrower tires.
