Typically the best summer tires are also great in the rain, the Michelin Pilot Super Sport are the gold standard, but there's many that perform well in the wet.
PSSs are good in the rain, but the Continental ExtremeContact DW (NOT DWS, which is the all season tire) will have even better wet performance, if that's your main priority.
